Work hard, be nice.

The team at L Donovan Wines

Linda Donovan - Owner and Winemaker: has been passionate about winemaking since she started her degree in fermentation science (UC Davis) in 1990. While working her "way up" in Napa and on the true Sonoma coast, Linda explored many wine-growing regions around the world. After a stint in Western Australia (Margaret River), Linda chose to pioneer the Rogue Valley in 2001. "At that time, there were 5 wineries here, and no one was growing the varietals I wanted to make," said Linda. So she planted them (Mourvedre, Grenache, Cinsault and Carignane).

Shamrock "Shamps" Donovan: is our loyal and friendly Canine Tasting Room Ambassador. Shamps can be found playing in the tasting room or supervising work up in the office. If you stop by for a visit he will be eagerly waiting to greet you with a tail wag, be sure to come and tell him hello!

Sarah Silbowitz- Winemaker: Sarah has been a part of the winemaking team since 2012. Also known as "The Punch Down Queen", Sarah works hard keeping the winery clean and organized and is training in the lab to oversee the vital role chemistry plays in winemaking.

Emily Riehlman- Enologist: Emily has a passion for chemistry and all of its applications, especially how it pertains to winemaking. She was born and raised in Medford, Oregon and is excited to be back in her hometown putting her degree in Chemistry from Pacific University to use in the Pallet Wine Co. lab.

Whitney Grant- Business Manager: A native Oregonian Whitney moved to the Rogue Valley in 2018 and joined our staff in the tasting room where her love for wine continued to grow. Now Whitney is responsible for managing many aspects of the business including reporting, shipping compliance and marketing.

Kellie Leach - Bookkeeper: Kellie is from New Mexico and received her accounting degree from New Mexico State University. She has working in the accounting field for 25 years and has experience in Corporate Accounting, Public Accounting, Educational and Non-Profit.
